What is Rust?
Rust is a programming language that combines the speed of C and C++ with strict guarantees for memory safety. The compiler prevents entire categories of errors. In AI applications we use Rust for fast inference, embeddings and data processing in production.
Why Rust?
Extremely fast
Performance at C level, without a garbage collector.
Safe
Memory errors and data races are prevented at compile time.
Efficient in production
Little CPU and memory per request. That cuts server costs directly.
What we use it for
- APerformance-critical services
- BAI inference and embedding services
- CLarge-scale data processing
- DWebAssembly in the browser
When do you choose Rust?
Choose Rust for components where speed and reliability absolutely come first: heavy data processing, or an AI model that has to run fast and cheaply in production.
Rust or Python for AI?
Python is the language we develop and train models in. We use Rust to run a proven model fast, efficiently and stably in production. We often combine the two.
